but i have unlited broadband
And, Telewest work off street areas, the more people in your street that have cable (and the more they download), the slower/less responsive your connection will be.
But if other computers in your house can load pages faster than you, clean your computer out.

Check your computer by running HijackThis and saving the log file, then paste that log file into this webpage, it will tell you if you have anything nasty stealing your bandwidth.

So fast....
I'll get 160-170KB/sec on a good day, 100-120 on a not so good day.

Ok, i used this site before, and it gives u the speed in kilobits, not kilobytes. (which IMO is pretty stupid, since it just gets people confused). When I first used it. i got something like 200+Kb/s, and i realized that can't be right, and figured that they used bits instead of bytes. (lol. shows how crappy my internet is)

Ok.       1 kilobyte = 8 kilobits.

Thus your 2mb/s in that picture is only really 250KB/s. (which i would be very satisfied with)

So yeah, u really haven't lost much speed.

All connection speeds / transfer speeds are usually measured in bits per second, rather than bytes.  Probably just to make them look faster.
