Having the same issue now with a 6.61 theme I'm creating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated current status:
Text - "System Update" shows as the top-left option...
only whenever you press it it either restarts or shuts the PSP down,
depending on if you hold R while pressing it or not.
I need to know how to edit the text this is one of the very few last
things I need to fix and can NOT just figure it out on my own
(again more designer than hex editor etc.)

EDIT: Never mind found it in topmenu_plugin...inside the English.xml file when I dumped the .rco file.
