I've been here for over a Year, and I still don't know who is/are the Admins, Moderators (If there are any).
I want full details, name them here and now. I just want to be informed.

You could have simply scrolled down to the bottom of the Main Index, clicked on "Forum Team", to get your answer :/
He could have, but that's an old list, and its changed since last time it was edited.
It may not be up to date, but the people on the list are still currently Mods/Admins. The only person not on the list is Joomla and Senseito7.
