figure i haven't post in a while, so yay(or unyay) Yay

Have been busy for a while with uni entrance examination and stuffs, just got my result last week and got accepted as some faceboob people know.
gonna move next month to some student dorm :D hopefully it'll be good (whatever it is, it's gonna be better than the current place for sure, I'm basically sleeping with cockroaches)

after i send in my last papers for uni, i have no obligation to do any study at this school anymore
\o/ ffreeeedoommmm

thinking about getting an alienware laptop next week or so, the M14x looks good, could be better if it has a bit more power, but anything above that pretty thing is too expensive for me.

oh yeah, so i haven't seen slushba around. Good job guys.
Great to hear things are going good Heartless.

An M14x would be a tasty choice.
Alienware is so not worth it.

But it's your money I sure as hell aren't going to stop you.
I think Slushba has been pre-occupied with uni, he's still in the IRC and goes on his usual rants every once in a while. >_>

any specific reason other than a bit overpriced?
if you're just talking about power, then yeah, but cosmetics cost too.

@everyone, thanky thanks
good luck with your education dude... will be another couple of years before i go to uni.. just started from scratch in college on an electrical engineering course seeing as my A levels didn't quite go to plan

Their machines are usually decent, the main issue being that they're way overpriced for most people.
If you absolutely love the look and willing to pay for it, then go ahead I guess.
Only other issue is the typical gaming laptop stuff (big/heavy + sucks battery).  If you're going to dump the thing in your apartment without really moving it, I'd probably get a standard desktop box.  If you still want some portability you can aim for a mini ATX form factor.
yeah, i like the cosmetic as well. keyboard olor and all, can finally work in the dark.
and i'd need to bring it to school sometimes, if not most of the time, so yeah, desktop is not an option.
I'll try to see if there's any waaayy better option that i can try, if there is i can probably get a Vita along with it as well.
still :P
