I like how people whine about Facebook, why can't you just not use it? If you hate it that much.
And by the way, any proof that facebook was "selling" our private information?

I don't really hate it, it's just that I use it so infrequently that when I log on I need a map to filter through the changes to even see where that one message a friend of mine sent. I wish they'd leave some sort of beginners guide for those who don't use it more than five or six times a year lol.

Here's something I don't get: who's posting these 'announcements' ? I could say that Anonymous is going to take down Google, and nobody can argue on the credibility of my claim, 'cause I could be the head of Anonymous. Nobody can know who I am, because everyone in that group is supposed to remain anonymous. Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?

They don't support freedom, they support dictating their ideals onto other people whether they like it or not.
Which is, in essence, the exact opposite of freedom.

What they do is unwarranted and destructive. If you don't like facebook's way of working, don't use facebook.

You realise, despite this misconception that most whiners are the biggest users, the majority of people opposed to facebook genuinely don't use it

I for one don't, anyone who knows me can vouch for this, and its for the exact reason that i don't agree with the free exchange of personal information; a few people i know know more about me than i would ever post on facebook, but i can choose those people, and i can control that information PROACTIVELY, rather than reactively. I don't have to hide pictures of myself online, those that see photos of me have been out with me, and those that know about me know me


Not that im supporting anon, i just get sick of people saying "Don't USE IT BLAH", not realising that even though i don't, their constant use of it and chatitng about it still exposes me to it, and as a result gives me right to express opinion on it
