Endless Paradigm

I buyed a new hp netbook with windows 7 starter its pretty cool but the problem im facing is that I can't change the desktop wallpaper so please Help me !!

try this

install it, run it, change theme, and then hit the wallpapers tab in the application and choose your wallpaper.

That used to happen with my firend's computer.
But he did somethin, and fixed it:)
