Yes, Is Windows 7 starter even worth it? ah seven forums, got alot of help from there and completely themed ma station :3 including the lock screen. I had to sort a similar problem for the Headteacher at my workplace as she bought a netbook with Starter installed. And the program in Asurabp's link is the one I used to give it her wallpaper :3 If you have any other questions about 7, that forum is the place to go!
