u sure u dun have printscreen??? normally, u have to press a function key and then a printscreen button...

Usually Printscreen is on the top right of your keyboard (I'm on laptop too) - it says "PRT SC" on it...
Anyway - use File>Import>Screencapture on Paintshop Pro, or search for "screen capture" in Help on whatever program you use (Photoshop from memory :P)
