Endless Paradigm

My parents are leaving USA and going to Mexico forever
But they are letting me choose were I want to stay
my 17year old sister will stay with me either way

should i leave the states?
I will be living in a VERY VERY poor city that is currently being hit hard by mass media
roads are being built and electricity and web are a new topic for the residents
People there were once under my great grandfathers rule and my last name is strongly well known I am practically a prince

the bad thing is my future is very insecure
jobs are scarce
and crime is just starting
the houses are made of mud
and only the rich have houses made of brick ( mine is made of brick :3 )

I have about 2-3 months to decide
what should I do?

Why are they moving to hell?

where would you live if you stayed in America?
