I am sure wee sometimes see an awesome video that surpasses the rest that wee all want to share or show a model that looks better than most I say a thread like that would drain most X-Factors from the entire web page plus it would give us the opportunity to express our selves in a way that won't offend anyone (because they know what to expect)
but im also not some kind of constant fapper so an Xthread appearing at the top of the home page is not something im constantly looking for A link at the bottom of the website to the thread would be nice I would not want to see this thread always poping up at the recent topics list it should be very discreet
also I don't think admins should choose who gets to imput because by the time a person reaches 150 posts im sure they know the basic rules by then

And the thing with the staff pick, it's not about rules that I'm afraid of, it's about mature behavior. Anyone can make 150 helpful posts in a short timespan, while mature behavior has to be proven, that's what I'm after.
