Otherwise, you cannot always predict (and I still can't) future requirements. Just at this stage, I don't need the power, but at least I know it's there if I want it in future. For now, I'll leave it at stock for longevity, less power usage and less risk's sake.

If you lets say do loose a chip to overclocking, is there any way for them to tell that it actually died because of your overclock? And by "loose chip to overclocking", I'm referring to "shortened lifespan" rather than "burn up in smoke", because the later would be obvious.

Just hibernate, my PC needs between 15-30 secs then...
25 seconds isn't that bad of up time. (this computer i have now does that)
so i was looking at the ATI RadHDs (5830)s is there a certain build i should get or just pick one?
