i don't know if you can remove this i think it has something to do with the resource
you can try to dump the osk plugin rco and compress some images again
perhaps that will help but i already did that with adobe fireworks & pngcrush  
or try to resize the osk bg

i can give you a link for the font I've used
then you can easy change it with angers font converter exactly how you like it

and i'am sorry for the japanese people there is no font converter who converts japanese fonts:(
that is sad because i found a cool font called katakana
