Given his distribution policy for 620_m33.prx, I doubt he'd want to collaborate on a GPL'ed plugin. I wouldn't want to work on anything that wasn't released with source code. (and a viral full disclosure license, which the scene needs much much more of :P)
If he wants to have a go at it I wish him luck. He's getting somewhere (I think, I'll probably test it when P3P comes out.)

Thanks wolf I had to go into the configuration settings and turn on "Use version.txt" to get this to work.
