nah I figured out what you are saying... but if I were to do what you are saying making icons a certain height wouldn't I use up more resources than if I were to just move the xmb down... :/

If you want to move the text to the right, that is easy.

- Open a decrypted, decompressed topmenu_plugin.rco with RCO Edit
- go to the text data tab
- you can use the search function to find the text you want to move
- put a bunch of blank spaces before the text you want moved  
- click the "change" button after each text string you change so it is saved

but I didn't actually think about doing it with the text...

ah now I'mma have to move how much it goes out when I select something...

well atleast this one's easy to do...

look in either paf.prx or vshmain.prx
in there you will be able to edit "xmb position in Photo sub menu, game sub menu, ect."

That should fix that problem for you.
