Sort of, Clannad's VN is supposedly scheduled to have VN translation so I'd rather read that. Kanakon is ecchi/comedy which I'm not really interested in. Shuffle is probably for the same reason as Clannad (wikipedia said shuffle was translated this year) although the Windows has hentai scenes, but as long as they're minor, who cares? I'm almost 18 anyway <_<. (actually wikipedia said the work safe PS2 version was released first and the Windows added the hentai but who can always trust the wiki >_>)
As for the last two (not counting the striked out one), I might consider them if I ever get around to checking out what they're about.

Official release ("official" as in actually from the translation group, not from some randoms) is not going to happen before the PSP3 comes out, forgot about it. You do have some unoffical versions some randoms made from the unfinished official scripts though.

The English translation of Shuffle's already out. As for the PS2 version in English, you won't see it until the PSP9001 is out.

If PSP9001 was meant to be your way of saying an impossibility, considering Sony's bullchocolate it seems quite likely wee'll be seeing one.

Bump again.
So I don't really have any anime DVDs in mind to get for Christmas yet, so um, yeah...

Save money for something else?
I don't like buying DVDs. The forced 30 second notice about not copying the DVD, when I clearly didn't, is enough of a deterrent for me >_>

If I'm getting it as a Christmas present then I'm not paying for it

I do agree that the 30 second anti piracy and nowadays forced unskippable advertisting is annoying.

So I guess you had nothing else in mind?
Not like that many DVDs. I'd go to Madman / Funimation or whatever website and see what they have there that looks interesting if you can't get any suggestions. Or just go into your nearest store and browse around (or do it online if hikimorism comes into play).

I not sure if I can get a PVC statue for Christmas, getting a manga seems like a possibility for Christmas too.
