Unless its vectored, its impossible without making it somewhat blurry or remaking it without reducing the source layers so small.

For your information, 995x691 is not a wallpaper :/

relax, you can always add blankbars. like i usually do.

Well.. I did find a method that does increase the size without making the image horrible.
