No.  I attached everything... It worked as is, on my 3.40 OE...  Just a weird glitch I guess...
it seems strange that it works as is on yours but none elses. but you are right - it is a very strange glitch. im gonna try some stuff and see what comes of it.
I'm thinking that the other custom files on your flash 0 could be part of it?
i think its tied to the custom xmb icons - perhaps the fact they have colors?
Only other info, I can think of about it is:
I made the template in Adobe Photoshop CS2 V9.0.

And (as always) I compressed the image before saving it.

I've done many waves like this.  This is the only one that has ever acted strange on me...
well i have yet to get trying some stuff but i will be later tonight. ill post my discoveries right here. i suspect either the image or something else is just messing with the transparency of the wave object. (the image is contorted around an invisible object which is how it appears to morph and move)
woah! they look cool man!
mr shizzy i need you to post the files you used to make the rco - doing it with tgawave does not produce your result. i can't duplicate it if i don't know how you were able to create it. might also help if i knew what firmware your using. :)
also i can confirm that custom rco's do not cause the glitch to be different, my custom background is what made the glitch look different to me. i might add that mr shizzys rco works fine with me as is.
checking out the decompressed version of the rco wee see that the file has some extra bytes near the start. however that in itself is not what does it - what does it is the extra data at the end of the file. i have been unable to recompress it to an rco so i need the files as stated.
i had a wave like this before but different colours basically it was meant to be interwearved purple and white but instead only the purple showed and the white was see through but when i put the psp on charge the white would appear and disappear in sync with the flashing baterry icon.
also when the psp was loading when you enter a folder or when you play music the white would appear
I also had a wave like this, that everytime I opened up a submenu or moved around the XMB, parts of the wave would change colors to match the new parts of the XMB
