I tried that plan C already... it was suddenly back on my desk O_O

That's really difficult to argue, including any form of undue influence really.

Should generally be wary of the law - typically there's all sorts of exceptions here and there and you really do have to study it a fair bit to understand how things are exactly interpreted.

Warranty probably works better since the store people probably aren't going to care too much.  Breaking it isn't smart though - warranty won't cover that.
Well I have no idea how to exploit the warranty to make them give me an iPhone.... v_v
