Yeah I did something like this...

I needed a new mobile phone and I was so blind and listened to my tech addicted self that thought "hey it would be totally awesome if I would have Internet Anywhere 3G"
So I went to T-Mobile and signed a 2 year contract 34€/month 3G flat contract even though I honestly knew that I hardly leave the house apart from school because I fell for the geek in me...

That was mistake number one....

instead of at least buying an iPhone to replace my iPod Touch 2G I bought one of these HTC Dream G1 Google Phones because I thought "Yay I have a hardware keyboard so I can play games better, and it's open source so I can mod the heck out of it"
Well I modded the heck out of it but it simply doesn't feels right..... I can do everything an iPhone can it just feels so horribly wrong.... v_v

I asked the sneaky bastards at T-Mobile if they would swap the G1 for an iPhone 3G, of course they won't because my SIM is registered with the G1 and blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa blaaaaaa

So now I'm sitting here with a contract I do not want and a phone I do not want, desperately trying to get an iPhone to make my mistake less wrong Emptyone

Long story short, if you make a decision, listen to your brain, dammit!
Maybe you could sell it on E-Bay, and then buy your iPhone?
i am only 1/8 geek,. so,. no,.. i don't make these mistakes,. i tend to spend money very easily,..
I really have no use for an iphone,. i do like gadgets and stuff,. once i bought a graphics card wich was like 2000 euro,. this card was outdated within half a year and dropped to 300 euro in 1 years time,. ;p kinda feel like i was bummed by meself,.. (still got this graphics card,. just for the sake of it,. not to make this mistake again,.)

throw it out of the window!!  Blingeye
Well the EBay thing would work.... I could just keep the SIM and sell the phone after I SIM unlocked it for 20€..... It's just I'm afraid of getting near enough money of the G1 for an iPhone....

And I tried to throw it out the window, the next moment it was back on my table O_O

Good point.   lol

What is their policy if it is "accidentally broken"  ?
