ok. this is how i made it.
i opened umdgen. i opened lets say grandturismo iso. the game folders appera on the left side of the program. then i choose extract image. i put in a new folder. when it's done i navigate the folder and choose the eboot.bin file from the SYSDIR folder and put on the memory stick. do not put the eboot.bin file on any folder in your memorystick. then i execute game decrypter. choose "X". when it's done i explored the memstick into DECRYPTOR folder and copy eboot.bin on my desktop. then back to umdgen.
i drag and drop eboot.bin from desktop to umdgen SYSDIR folder.it will ask you if you overwrite the file and i choose "yes" then i choose save and i choose uncompressed iso. that's it. when the iso is done i copy on memstick and run it

in the sysdir folder, not the update
lil update: \Cloudy_With_a_Chance_of_Meatballs_USA_PSP-pSyPSP doesn't work :( the psp shutdown

DiRT.2.EUR.PSP-GLoBAL works just fine.
and i will go to bed. it's 04:04 the time in my country
with grand turismo? what version? eu or usa. i have usa version. a lot of people say that eu version it's not working. but they are some people that say that it's working

not weird, i just liked team wildcards innovations so much i never moved on. their recovery menu is too awesome to warrant me ever upgrading till i can get it in an m33 firmware.

I used the eur version. I'm gonna try downloading the us version later and see if works.
