that's rather tasty.. that's like under 50 DVD-DLs...
DVD-DLs are total rippoff anyway, unless you need to fit 8.2GB of stuff for a DVD player.
I think the original LS took 28 minutes, so 45 minutes is definitely way overstating it.
And if you stick the HDD in your computer, chances of dropping it are very slim - plus saves you digging around for DVDs.

looking more and more attractive now... lol..
3.5in drives are cheaper, though less convenient. Get a tough case (or just wrap it in bubblewrap or something similar, lol) and chances of breaking it by dropping are greatly reduced.

mmmm... bubble wrap....... sounds like a plan...
I luv bubblewrap!!!
Only problem is that I can't resist popping a few... or perhaps quite a few and then it becomes just plastic wrap.
Though I don't luv it enough to wear it - I'll leave it to the models to do that.

haha.... I'll end up poking the HDD....or even crushing it.................................. [maybe not a good idea xD]
Samsung 1.5TB for AU$138:
http://umart.com.au/pro/products_listnew...&sid=46620
1 Australian dollar = 0.533818493 British pounds
So AU$138 ≈ £73.64 assuming no conversion fees. Also no delivery, but this is a local store.
And since AU is usually more expensive than what you can get elsewhere, you can probably find something cheaper...
