If you can be bothered, do this benchmark too... (it's the most relevant benchmark for me, lol).

Probably not. Even if you can get it working under emulation (which I somewhat doubt), you still don't want to do it like that, because emulation is inefficient, and will make your benchmark results much worse than it should be.

But why get rid of Windows? You got it with the machine right, then that's a legal copy of Windows that you probably paid money for. Delete and you wasted money...

And yeah, congrats.
i got windows cause notebooks without an os can't get a warranty. and ill put windows on a separate hard drive partition, prob 30gb, so i can run this, plus having multiple os-es is pretty 1337

Yeah, do that.  + windows is good for playing games, considering you bought a gaming laptop.
true, but linux has a bunch of open source fps games and stuff like that. but i guess i will need windows for school... don't think most of the object oriented programming and electrical/computer engineering software can be run on linux :(
nice laptop :D
Nice laptop there.
Probably rather big/heavy and battery can't last too long, but it's for performance anyway :P
install windows 7 and be wowed with the speed!!
