I just tried this now and tried to split FFXIII theme's 01-12, but it seem the size is different from your posted example. Now have to determine where to begin and end in hex. :(
ive attached the 01-12 separated into 12 images for you
@ V1 im not sure what's going on here but the images i split here are 32772 bytes and the last one #12 is 100683 bytes.i too make them 32766 for this app but its getting extra from somewhere.if all 12 where 32766 then my app would have split it no problem.anyway ya have a good one
the last picture is not resticted to a file size,. so you can use full image quality when saving with PS and using in the 01-12
all other pics should be,. should,. 32766>?

Thanks for doing this. I know you're busy as per your posts, but I managed to extract all the images thanks to your screenies. I figured yours start with BM and ends before another like that. So in my hex editor it starts with JFIF and I figured it would end just before another one, and it worked.
Thanks to Vegetano also for pointing that the last image can be different in size.
now my question is (and please pardon me, I'm noob when it comes to this thing) If I compile a new set of 01-12.bmp, would it just be a matter of replacing the 01-12.bmp on the theme (which is capable of showing the same resolution set of images such as Vegetano's themes) which I intend to use? Or I still need to edit something in the vshmain?

should work fine if the blocksize is the same,.

Thanks very much, sir. then all I have to do is follow your instructions and compile a new set and see what happens.
i have no hackable PSP right now only psp3k so i can't make themes, but thanks for all the effort bro highboy your apps really rock! as i get a hackable PSP i start making themes again.
I cannot get this or VSHMain Editor 3.0 to run on Windows 7. Compatibility settings won't work too.
What do I have to do to get this to work right!? I have .NET 3.5 and installed all different kinds of VC++ stuff on here and it's still not working! :(
