ok heres 2 of my apps rolled into one i am not quite finished but most of maybe even all should work without fail.i am very busy outside these days so don't have a lot of time at my lappy.i made this as an installer so it could register the needed dll files but get used to it as all of my apps are going to be this way from now on.

If theres something unclear or you need a hand please just ask and as always please report any bugs found.thanks for your time and have a great day people ;)

Last time I checked the PSP's XMB was 480X272, so what would it be stretching it to?!

now what kind of comment is that i ask you.i think the resize does quite well i mean if you use your head a little anyway.if you were to take a 461x768 image and make it a 480x272 ya i get it but if i take a 1280x1024 it resizes very well.im not sure if you noticed but i did add an image editer also to the program that can perform all the basic tasks it takes to get the job done.i don't think you can even tell the resize from the 400x227 to the 480x272 to be honest.take a pic into photoshop and resize one to 400x227 then another to 480x272 now resize that first one also to 480x272 the difference is very minimal if any at all.

please if you have anything to offer to help me make the app better i would love to hear from you but, this doesn't help :(

@Jomann: Whoa man. Take is easy. My theme has 30 400x227 wallpapers and they still look top quality. I think highboys application is meant to make life easier for those who don't have much skills in photoshop or just don't have all the time to hex edit the wallpapers after they have been resized in photoshop.

Nice application highboy. You got top quality stuff. Without you my themes would not exist. Keep it up.
