mine plays HL2 on lowest settings with no lag. lol.

That's around the best settings I can use without lag. Actually, I should have just drop AA down and attempted to up the screen size. But that's past now, I'm not going to play HL2 again any time soon.

whaaaattt?
you can run something decently with AA on? :o
I can run KotOR with 2xAA, but I have to turn everything else down to Medium.
spoon, what's your graphics card?

Integrated Radeon HD 3200.
One of the reasons why I like HL2. It has decent graphics, and is not hard on your GPU. There's similar games with similar graphics quality which are like WAY harder to play. = HL2 has a better engine.
Yeah, normally, I can't pull AA4x. (Maybe HL2's AA is slightly different from normal AA? On Guild Wars, turning AA up greatly decreases performance, while on HL2, it doesn't seem to decrease performance all that much...)
yeah, I've noticed that. I can play HL2 engine games waaay better than a lot of other games.
I can play Vampire: The Masquerade on almost highest settings, whereas I can't play Thief III on lowest settings.
lol, I want to play Half life 2 now, thanks.

rather do something useful like F@H
