Well thanks for the replies so far, I did some testing with interesting results. I played Crysis and UT3 both for half an hour and my CPU core temp only went up by 3°C from 57°C to 60°C whilst the fan got all load like always so I guess my system has just a high idle temperature in exchange for me barely hearing it in idle state....
The only thing that worries me now is my GPU, it reached 105°C under 99% load with CatalystControlCenter spinning the GPU fan up to 85%. I read that 4xxx Radeons can normal operate to up to 115°C but damn 105 is hot...

Games can hardly stress the system. They're way more GPU heavy that CPU. most likely won't even use 50% of your CPU.
Try encoding something, or a stress test like
Prime95 (select the option that says "max heat").
like the others have suggested, replace the CPU fan, especially if its Stock, it'll improve the cooling dramatically... (if you get the right one, do some research on it) something like Scythe coolers:

Will try that tomorrow! but honestly all I ever do on the stress side is gaming and if that didn't take my CPU to max load nothing will since I'm not encoding anything other then converting one 30min Anime episode with TVC per day which uses 30% of all cores....
I'm being stubborn about the CPU that much because I'm really afraid of replacing the fan....... a friend tried it once on his CPU... he detached the fan from the connections and wanted to take it off the CPU, next thing I know he ripped the entire CPU out of the motherboard socket which was locked with the CPU glued together with the fan in his hand..... and if I do something on my own PC it always goes wrong >_< Yeah I'm a klutz.....

how is that even possible? The fan is attached to the heatsink by 4 screws. One on each corner. The fan is attached to the motherboard by a connector pin that can be pulled free!

I have never seen that... the worst I've seen is that the fans are compatible with only one type of heatsink. But that's about it./

Meh, no big deal. So you pulled the CPU from the socket. Then just stick it back in. Unless you broke the pins or something, there won't be any permanent damage.
Blame the thermal compound for being too sticky?
