Endless Paradigm

not even a week since iv had it lol!!!
but since the first day sometimes i get a kinda yellowy pixel thingy in the boarders!!!!


idk wat it is but does n e one know how 2 fix it???
atm its on every window i open in the top left corner :( its not doin n e harm jus looks ugly!!!

It could be a graphics card problem... Maybe your graphics card can't handle Windows Aero...

it could also be a yellow window behind it or if your background is yellow...The color scheme is transparent so it could just be blurring the yellow behind it

disable transparency.. also the problem with all this spoon isn't vista.,.. its your own hardware..

but the computer is brand new and came with vista on it... how could that be the problem then???

yeah, try turning off windows aero.
And like nacos said it's not vista because I run it fine it's probably your computer.
you can right click on my computer and then hit properties, from there windows should give you a report of what areas your computer is lacking in (on a 1-5 scale) from there you can figure what is causing problems if you want to upgrade it.

since its relatively new you can take it back to the store or as its under a year you can send it to the manufacturers and tell them theres hardware faults.
@ the yellowy bit: ive never had a problem like that. windows wouldnt let you run the aero theme if your hardware couldnt handle it unless youve hacked it somehow J.
so my guess is like someone before me said, your graphics card maybe be a bit fudgeed. just ring up customer services and see what they say. they should fix it for ya or give you a new/refurbished one if they can't.

maybe my card is faulty cause i c no problems there :(:(

...but how could you get a good graphics score with a faulty card though?

Nvidia? If so, update your drivers from Nvidia.com, and don't get the beta drivers. Reboot, then redo your Vista score index thing (can't remember what it's called)

i got 256MB ATI® Radeon® HD 3650 Graphics card.
also it stopped happenin now wen i changed the appearance from graphite to original but it happens in both cause it was like that wen i first booted my computer last week!!! ima contact dell tech 2moro.... they closed an hour ago :(
its not a major problem jus ugly!!!
