so the battle mods are going to be me and MICk3Y, since wee're kinda the most active here... and there will be not much to decide at the moment of choosing...
and yes, this is to make a new way for making battles more organized and cleaner atm of recording in the results thread.

why do you get to decide the wat things run around here, im not in this section much but EP is kinda based upon open freeness and this is a very slight against it?

Can't one just really want some organization... not having to run around ppl asking (or assuming) what style had each battle, if any, the results and such...
I just did this because it was just a small thing you could have done which would have saved me hours of work later...
I wanted to make it easier to all of us... but if all I get are criticism and flamings all i can say is "Fuck this."

Is it really that hard to ask for a battle by replying a thread rather than making a whole thread, which will later become waste in the servers, since afterwards it'll be filled with sPa/\/\ before being closed?
I admit I was too strict on the beginning, and I'm loosing up, but lets face it, one have to be strict in the beginning for things to endure, alas, this style was already being embraced by the ppl who battle here the most. If I were to start too liberal, it would have just burned down and fell to the ground in a few weeks (has happened before with other things, and I'm not gonna make any mention). If I were to continue working on this, I bet this could have been ran for a long time.
(just for the record, the SOTW is tightly strict and it has been running nicely for almost a year.)

And I also admit that the standing group was a too "soon", but since i saw that the system was starting to run "smoothly", I thought I could start formalizing everything.
But you know what? I just lost inspiration on continuing... If you want this to continue, I would like some fucking support, its really depressing and frustrating that one spend more than 5 hours straight working on keeping the info up to date for the sake of the other regulars of the site (during final's week), just for nothing but flaming.
If you guys really want this over, I'll delete all the related threads IMMEDIATELY.

Rules do have much to do with the other mods wanting to know/vote on changes like theses, im not saying you have a bad idea and i thank you for wanting to make the site better, but I have these mods watch over this section, and I don't really read all of the sotw threads/rules/whatever, but I do think it is a better idea to consult with the rest of the mods/graphics mods before hand to wee do what's best.
I would like for this not to turn into a flame war, but to discuss this matter and work out what's best for everybody.

It's just a sub group, like the ROFLFORCE or the other usergroups one can select on. What happens is that the only members are currently POD members as well, but it is open for everyone who wants to help out.

I've removed the group, after some discussion, as it does seem a little redundant. If you think it should be in place, feel free to start a discussion (if not done already) and pass on the verdict.
