flow is something of how the picture flows together (like the lightining is correct, effects blend in, anything that makes it seem realistic) so bad flow would be the demonstration of what unfortunately, your sig displays; the effects don't work at all and theres no sense of lighting

its not a bad thing though sometimes, but i must i agree you need to work on it with this one

Flow is not only how a picture looks realistic but how it 'moves'

How it tells a story of motion.

Not all sigs have motion/flow, but IMO the ones that flow well often have good composition and end up being good sigs.
