the first.....(I know your a beginner)....
nothing blends or works together, its just different stuff mixed together. The background is just a brush/es with no personalization (try adding your own effects to the brush, look for tuts on layer masks etc) and what is that bird? Plus do something with the text, make it blend into the whole sig and just not on top. (please don't take these as criticisms, they are merely ideas ;))

What rikku whas trying to say is to use motion or flow to make your sig better.
Your sig has none.
its not like you NEED flow to everything you make, its like following a stream of sigs that are all the same way with the same thought "oh damn i need flow/render/focal/lighting"
what if something doesn't need flow/render/focal/lighting and is better without? I for one thinks that these things aren't needed in every single signature that is ever made
