Convert them to MP4, them put in the video folder on the root of your memory stick.

Xvid4PSP is also a very good program to covert videos on the PSP.

http://dl.qj.net/XviD4PSP-v4.115-(full)-.../catid/140

Then you take the finished .MP4 files and put them in X:/VIDEO

where X is your PSP's memory stick.
