I want a good internet security app

Why the change you may ask

because i have been with ZoneAlarm for 3 years and after i did a restore of vista i installed bitdefender for some random reason but when it dis a scan it found trojans that ZA did not find witch shocked me so i was thinking no way will i install ZA and at this point i unistalled bitdefender cause i was thinking to instal another app but i read some more reviews and it turned out it sucekd so i tried reinstalling bitdefender and it said restart comp so i did after that i tryed installing again same messege so i thought stufff it

So what's the best internet security app and why

please reply i need a FIREWALL ASAP

umm I've never used any of the above and prolly never will because I've never had security threats/problems with my computer as it ishey spelled the wrong and it fixed it, damn word filter!!

fixed you post mangall i have is the windows firwewall, avg antivirus, and ccleaner, spyware is saved onto your internet's cache as cookies and stuff, ccleaner deletes all temp folders including the internet ones so i guess it takes care of the spyware too...

zone labs ....becouse its free....

with avg free....

Some virus' actualy has the ability to disable ur anti-virus software, like how it can disable windows updates and everything, so a scan after the virus gets in won't find it. And i read that some virus' have the ability to also interfere with Anti-virus software installation when the virus is already there.

So yeah, one possibility is that ur Zone Alarm Security was probably disabled by the virus or something. It hapen to me before too. I got AVG fudgeed up by a virus, and it won't update and everything.

But that's only a possibility.

Ok, Microsoft OneCare is tested to be very bad.

Microsoft's antivirus solution REALLY SUCKS BALLS. it failed so hard in the tests that it didn't even get a certification level. LolLolLol
