DCEmu is having a coding contest for the Nintendo Wii and Gamecube platforms. Even though I don't think anyone here can code very well but maybe you know somebody who knows somebody that can code for wii/gamecube.

if i needed gta lcs to downgrade in the first place i would have chipped it too, similar to xbox soft/hardmod
