Both should.  The 3.10 may introduce the "7th XMB menu" glitch however - should be able to disable it in RCO Editor.
Wee'll have to wait for 3.30 OE first though.

I'm still a little dubious of releasing this, but I might give it out earlier :)

v4 have no problems for me and fake region is works too with it :)

mine does the same as kaza. zinga. the icons show as white squares.
any ideas how to fix this?

your background 01-12 is too big, i think, change to 470 x 266 and try again .

Hmm, I wonder if this topmenu has a higher or lower success rate with hi-res backgrounds...
