Is the DAX format really that impressive?

cso, for me, has one major bug - games can lag especially fast paced ones. dax format i think never had that issue.

well in gta liberty city stories it did lag on dax (that's the only game that i saw lag on dax) but why would dax (dark alex) not use a compression that he made him self on his own custom firmware??? (maby because there was a major bug when trying to put it on custom firmware)

Use NC.

Both DAX and CSO are based on deflate, so there shouldn't be a massive difference between the two, I'd expect.
