The main thing is (in) the header. If you use a 3.51 header the program creates the compressed prx header with 3.51 keys (or if you turn off 'Use vsh module keys' then with the used header original keys, but I think the compressed prx won't work in this way). In uncompressed prx/elf files - what you'll use as the data - the difference is only 1 byte between the different 3.5x firmware versions. Seems like it doesn't matter if the PSP firmware version and the compressed content firmware version in the prx file are different.

If you create a 3.51 prx you can't use on 3.52 for sure.

lol @s_king before i had problems with the vectorix theme,.. clock went back to default position etc etc

I compressed the vshmain.prx and paf,prx and deleted the bin file wich came with the theme,.. and the theme now works fine,..!! lol

same for schmilkenberries theme,..

Hy. Why is prcdecrypter1.4b not able to decrypt the 3.52-2(M33) "vshmain.prx" ???
It returns alwas the same error:

"Decrypting VSHMAIN.PRX » Output unexpected » Failed to decrypt » Deleted"

prxdecrpter can't decryt vshmain.prx. You could just get the 3.52 eboot.pbp, get the data.psar, and dump it using PSAR Dumper V3.

acutally, vshmain.prx is 352M33 can decompress by copying the content from offset 0x150 to end of file, names as gzip, then decompress the gzip, u will get the vshmain.prx which can be editable.
