basiclly, i have nintendogs, the japanese version yh, but the problem is, I Don't UNDERSTAND JAPANESE! is there anyway way i can change the game to english language????

Generally you either try to find the English version (if one exists). If not, there may be a tiny possibility that someone made a translation, but since this is DS, I don't think such a thing exists.

lol one.. nah they do have a european version of the game in the uk, (quite a few versions actually) but this particular 1 is a japanese 1. if in english games u can change the language 2 many others including japanese, what i don't understand is that y can't u change the language of a japanese version 2 english?!1
