Do you actually use Windows Aero Flow (Windows Key + Tab) for good reasons?

IMO, its just a useless gimmic -_-

Same here... I used it 2 times the first day I installed vista.

nope, but the Windows + Number keys are quite convienient if your on Seven, both for laoding and switching to application

i use it every now and again

usually i use Alt+Tab as i have VistaSwitcher installed.

But yes, Win + Number is very useful on 7.

I'm more of a mouse guy, i use it a lot more to navigate around windows

I forgot about that after I installed 7. It looks cool, but it's easier to just alt+tab or use the mouse.

i do like the way it looks though. i think theres something like that on ubuntu as well.
