Don't know, it can run homebrew, but it needs to be compatible, but you can run the fw on it to run those i believe

this is what I was saying to that person that wanted a truly custom firmware. I said that even if you rebuilt it from the ground up it would have no umd and esscentially not be a psp. More of a Pocket Pc in a psp shell

This project is more of a dev thing than aimed at the general public - at least for now (the direction of the project may be changed, especially from custom modifications/plugins).

It's like why Linux exists. It doesn't run the majority of programs (for Windows)... so why does it exist again?

It's been done, and plus a PC os on a psp is pointless because it would never run anywhere like it should.

People!! this is ver 1... this prolly won't even be expected to be loved! a good example is Pirata's NervOS.. what was it at the first release and where is it now? This primary ver will prolly be aimed just to see if it can be done.

As ZB said and gave example of Linux... future releases will def. supprt more stuff!
Patience..

Long story short, as of now Utopia won't be for anyone but developers and enthusiasts.. with more time, it will become something like Linux distros!
