Vista reloaded v2

This my first theme and it's a modified version of vistacore but it still need some work,i want to put all icons but its giving me a lot of work because when i put the settings icons some other icons start to desapear so this release is only with main icons and all the rest, I'm noob at this thing of making themes and sorry if my english is bad but I'm portuguese hope you guys like it.
