i got a promo version (digitally) from sorny, and they forgot my online pass voucher.. called them and they told me i'd get one, but i didnt. couldnt be assed to call them again :)

I may have been wrong about skype, you can keep it open in the background but when you receive calls etc you need to stay in skype to keep them going.
