I just tried converting woth ctf gui 3.4, and even that is crashing..
I opened up your 5.00 version of the ctf, and did notice how many files you got in there.  I noticed many of the files where unaltered.

This is probably causing bugs during conversion.
Here is my advice to you:
ONLY include files you have altered in your themes when you build a ctf.
All the other default files are not needed.  They would only serve to waste space by taking up more room on a memory stick, and also could cause wierd bugs during conversion - like in this case.

If you re-pack the 5.00 version with ONLY the altered files in the theme,  then I could probably get it to work convert fine   :)
