go to the start menu
type msconfig in the search box
open msconfig
go to services
go down to WMIperformance adaptor
uncheck it
close program

you know i found in total 23 things that didnt work..so i just reformatedbasicly my entire computer....i give up, I'm strting form the begingin....HOW MANY UPDATES!?
