Is that the touch screen one?
Seems like it would take a lot of getting used to, if you're used to the regular button input system.

yeah it is. mostly I'm going around in every song in Star and at least S ranking them.

I have also touched trilogy recently... its still sort of equally simple to play through, although getting around unlocking anything takes forever..

i meant simple for me to pick up again. everything is kind of kicking my butt that I'm not normally used to. (i don't have any special gears equipped either, unlike the other DJ max games i played)

although i hate it when i score 90% on trilogy and the guy calls me a novice.

I see.  I don't find that the gear helps that much.  Gives slight boosts, and useful for passing missions, but for general play it's hardly a game changer.
Maybe it was different for other games; I've only played Trilogy much.
