according to my error:
10061 - WSAECONNREFUSED - Connection refused.
* Suggestion: Try shutting off or fixing your ZoneAlarm or other Personal Firewall. It's probably disallowing Trillian network access.
No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host.that is, one with no server application running.

Ive disabled firewalls and in the middle of disabling tcpip autotuning in vista.  but i can't reboot in remote desktop..but there are windows updates available so hopefully they will require a reboot and i can say yes :)

grr..this is so retarded...i can connect fine to efnet and other random servers...but not the malloc :(  i wonder if comcast is saying no way dude.
