I fixed it! Using this program:

It's a really good program. I know what I did too.

When I used the "Install another Operating System" option, it created my Linux partition right? It then set that to the default hard disk to boot from. But there wasn't any info on it, so I got the "Missing Operating System" message. Then, I used a boot option with the program, and booted from my Windows XP partition. I then was able to use parition magic to delete both partitions and set my XP partition as the active drive.
