Got to try your encoder and 01-12 bmp maker. By the way, can I use it to combine 60x34 images? What do I change and how? Thanks.

Edit: I just read your readme and it says something like: "With this application you can create 01-12.bmp's of any size." That's great! All wee need to do is to make our 12 images such that the filesizes are equal or less than the intended blocksize defaulted in vshmain.prx.
