Sorry man , its all wrong , you can set a battery like that , first your BMP is wrong ...

Then your settings in the Page data too .

You need 4 images for the battery , then you join them in one , example you have your 1 battery 64x64 , then onther 3 images with same resolution , then  you make a new file in photoshop ; 64* 4 = 256        so you make image 64x256 , and add all the four images in to this big new image ... then save it as indexed color 256 colors.

Then your Page data should be in the dimensions W:64 H:64
