Urgh, this guide is outdated...  I know most of the RCO now - well, at least every section - there's still a few numbers I'm not sure of.
I'll need to update this sometime.

Well, actually I started off with the images.  Then I searched for pointers to the images and then you'll eventually get a pattern.  Basically, you keep going and you'll find the rest :P
