Since when has cybersex hurt anyone? That usually happens between two consenting parties. It's not like someone can force cybersex on to you.
Pornography, I can sort of understand, since it's usually a clip ripped from some DVD, so it's copyrighted material.
As for cyber bullying, I've always found the block button useful in which most social networking sites have that implemented. Also, I think the term "cyber bullying" should only apply if some bully the victim knows in real life, has extended their torment of them online. Like, taking embarrassing photos of their victim, or making videos, showing them beating the c rap out them, and posting it online for everyone to see. Other than that, anonymous strangers you meet online are easy to avoid.
